Our yoga classes welcome everyone, regardless of fitness level or prior experience. Yoga can help improve strength, flexibility, and overall fitness level. Aside from the physical benefits, yoga is also a way to decrease stress levels and increase peace of mind. Your teacher will help take your practice where you'd like it to go. Remember, it is your practice, and the best teacher resides within you. We ask you to listen to your body and adjust your practice to fit your needs.
